什么是战略管理 Strategic Management

从企业未来发展的角度来看,战略表现为一种计划(Plan),而从企业过去发展历程的角度来看,战略则表现为一种模式(Pattern)。如果从产业层次来看,战略表现为一种定位(Position),而从企业层次来看。战略则表现为一种观念(Perspective)。此外,战略也表现为企业在竞争中采用的一种计谋(Ploy)。这是关于企业战略比较全面的看法,即著名的5P模型(Mintzberg,et 1998)。

什么是战略管理?战略管理是指对企业战略的管理,包括战略制定/形成(Strategy Formulation/formation)与战略实施(Strategy Implementation)两个部分。

战略是直接左右企业能否持续发展和持续盈利最重要的决策参照系。战略管理则是依据企业的战略规划,对企业的战略实施加以监督、分析与控制,特别是对企业的资源配置与事业方向加以约束,最终促使企业顺利达成企业目标的过程管理。

From the perspective of the company’s future development, strategy is represented as a Plan. From the perspective of the past development of the company, strategy is represented as a Pattern. If you look at the industry level, the strategy is expressed as a Position. But from the enterprise level, strategy is expressed as a Perspective. In addition, strategy is also manifested as a strategy or Ploy adopted by enterprises in competition. This is a more comprehensive view of corporate strategy, namely the 5P model (Mintzberg, et 1998). 

What is strategic management? Strategic management refers to the management of corporate strategy, including two parts: Strategy Formulation/formation and Strategy Implementation.

Strategy is the most important decision-making reference system that directly influences the sustainable development and profitability of a company. Strategic management is the process management that supervises, analyzes and controls the implementation of the company’s strategy based on the company’s strategic planning, especially the resource allocation and development direction of the company, and ultimately promotes the process management of the company to successfully achieve its corporate goals.
