企业经营管理（operation and management of business）：对企业整个生产经营活动进行决策，计划、组织、控制、协调，并对企业成员进行激励，以实现其任务和目标一系列工作的总称。
Operational management refers to a series of management and operation activities carried out within an enterprise to enable various businesses such as production, procurement, logistics, sales, labor, and finance to be smoothly executed and effectively adjusted according to the business purpose.
Operation and management of business: The general term for making decisions, planning, organizing, controlling, and coordinating the entire production and business activities of an enterprise, and motivating enterprise members to achieve their tasks and goals.
The basic task of operation and management is to rationally organize the production, ensure the supply, production, and marketing connection and cooperate closely. The various elements of human resources, financial and material are rationally fully utilized to minimize the consumption of labor and material usage thus produce more products that meet social demand.
