At the same time he is covering the international business development and strategy planning for Middle East & Asia regions. Daniel Leyong was Senior Commissioning Engineer in Dubai Government Sector- Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA)’ involved in various management system such as Dubai Government Excellence Program, European Foundation for Quality Management, Smart Commissioning Management System, Generation Division SAP Wave 3 System. He was internal accessor in Emarati Consultant, Dubai, assessing the assessment for Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 5 Introduction to consulting essentials. The assessment was applied for the first batch of Dubai Government National Management Consultants.
